Step 1: Sealing Entry Points
The first step of our process is to locate and seal all potential points of vulnerability where animals could be getting in and out of your attic or confined area.
We send one of our professionally trained wildlife specialists to your home, where we rigorously check and seal any unwanted potential points of entry and color match to your house!
Step 2: Trapping
Once your home has been sealed off to any intruders, chances are there may still be stragglers remaining in your home. This is what requires a technician to follow up.
Our technicians check traps in order to take care of any animals that have been trapped inside the area of infestation.
Step 3: Sanitize and Deodorize
Once we are confident your home is pest free, we add a third measure of protection.
We will do whatever is required to sanitize the area the animals were occupying. Sometimes that means fumigating the area to remove unwanted scents and pheromones. sometimes the full replacement of attic insulation.

Bird Remediation
Mites and ticks like to lurk in the feathers of wild birds; once their host gets into your house, there’s nothing stopping them from targeting your pets or family members. And then there’s the issue of damage to your property: when birds aren’t leaving extremely caustic droppings everywhere and weakening man-made structures, they’re building nests inside your chimney and creating a serious fire hazard as well as posing a health risk.

Chimney Swifts
If a you suspect birds are nesting In your chimney, chances are you’re dealing with federally protected Chimney Swifts, identifiable by 3 weeks of hissing from their hatchlings. These birds migrate to South America every summer, their former habitats were destroyed and they’ve now adapted to using suitable masonry chimneys as their home.
We cannot forcibly remove Chimney Swifts as they are federally protected and near endangered. Fear not, as there’s a silver lining that comes with your temporary feathered neighbors. Chimney Swifts will only roost in your chimney for a brief period and will leave on their own, allowing for one of our licensed technicians to remove the nest and install a chimney cap to prevent future fire hazards and any future unwanted visitors.
Raccoons
